Full bathroom remodels in Portland and Beaverton. Demo, rough-in, tile, trim-out and caulk, by the same two people from Monday to handover.
The order matters, because it's what lets us tell you which days are noisy, which days are dusty, and which day you get your shower back. We hand this schedule over before you pay a deposit.
Everything out to the joists and brick. Skip on the street, floors protected from the front door in.
Pipework and cables moved to the new layout, tested and left on show for you to see before anything is covered.
Cement board, waterproofing membrane in the wet zone, floor leveled. The stage nobody photographs and everybody feels.
Walls then floor, grouted on day nine. This is the long one, and the one worth not rushing.
Fixtures, faucets, glass, caulk. We hand back a room you can use that evening.
Pick a fixture, then choose where it goes. The grid is 10 inches a square, roughly a real bathroom at 6½ ft × 5 ft. Select a placed fixture to take it out again.
You can bring your own choices and we'll fit them. But if you'd rather not spend six weekends in showrooms, these are the ones that have aged well in the flats we did five years ago.
“They put the schedule on the fridge on day one and never fell behind it. We knew which Tuesday we'd have a shower again, and we did.”
