This notice explains how ProWebs ("we", "us") handles the personal information you give us through this website. We keep it short and only collect what we need to do the job.

What we collect

When you fill in our demo request form or contact us, we collect your name, business name, trade, and the phone number or email address you give us. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we keep a record of that inquiry.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your inquiry, build your demo site, and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site uses only essential functionality and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner. See our Cookie Notice.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@prowebs.org and we'll take care of it. We will never sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of states with comparable laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, have similar rights. Use the same email address above and we'll honor the request.
