Everyone in my market advertises the same tune-up special. How does a site help?
It stops you competing on that special. When your site explains why a load calculation matters and shows your license and your process, the person calling you has already decided you are the competent one. Price shoppers call the other guys, which is what you want.
My business is 70% replacement, 30% service. Does the site favor one?
It should, and it favors replacement. Service calls come from emergencies and existing customers. Replacement is the search people research for weeks, so that is where the content and the ranking effort go, with the service number still reachable on every screen.
Should I publish my prices?
Publish the diagnostic fee and the maintenance plan pricing. Those filter out tire-kickers and cost you nothing. Leave replacement pricing off, because it genuinely depends on the load calc, and any competitor publishing a firm number is guessing.
